St. Francis de Sales is patron of editors, word processing, and editing. San Isidore of Seville, a scholar and extensive writer he is patron of computer programers. San Gabriel is patron of all kinds of communications, even e-mail. St. Jude, as always, is for lost causes and desperate cases, very appropriate for some of us computer users. Since the Internet is so new, many of the patrons are derived from older sources and appropriate professions.
